In less than 8 days, I will be in Maui. I am sooo excited! Its starting to become more real… the closer it gets. I think that it will be come more real once we get to the airport.

I finally got a new laptop! Thanks to all the money my family gave me for my graduation…. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family! Love you guys!

Tomorrow is my high school graduation!!! I am excited to finally be done with high school, even though I haven’t gone to the school in 2 years. Yesterday, I shook my principal’s hand and it was weird because he is new this year and I have only seen him twice. Tell you all about my graduation and dinner at the Olive Garden afterwards tomorrow.

Summer is just around the corner, literally! Summer starts this Friday for me! My last final is tomorrow on Thursday. Then it will be time to kick back and enjoy the sun! Going to Maui in less than 3 weeks now! At the end of the month, I will be laying on sunny beaches in 85 degree weather! I’m super excited!!! This is going to be an awesome summer!

Prom was sooo much fun!!!! We went to dinner at the Fisherman’s Restaurant last night on Pier 57 in Seattle. There was a bunch of prom’s in Seattle, so we didn’t stand out to much. The food was excellent! I got halibut and chips, with clam chowder, and a virgin strawberry daiquiri! All was very yummy! Before and after dinner we walked around the pier looked in a gift shop, got our picture taken in front of the water fountain in front of the Seattle Aquarium. Got the the hotel and it was stunning inside! Had a blast with my best friends and Ian. Got our pictures taken before we danced and sat at the table talking. We left a little early with Sam and Heather, and went to Denny’s and got a bite to eat. (Mom doesn’t know about that part!) We stopped by my mom’s work to show off the dress and so Ian could see how Sunday paper’s work, since he will be taking over a portion of the route for two weeks while we are in Maui. Will post pictures soon!!!

Got a pair of silver heels today that were super cute!!! Mom made dinner reservations in Seattle at the Fisherman’s. We will be on the 2nd floor next to a window so we can look out at the water while we eat! Its on pier 57. Saturday morning, I will be getting my professionally curled at 11am. We will probably leave Saturday at 3pm. Can’t wait!!!! I will post pictures on here and on Facebook!

I love volunteering there! Today I was there for 4 hours and I enjoyed every minute. It’s very rewarding after my time there. I have been with the hospital for about 15 months. Since its been opened its doors on March 17th, 2009. I have gotten an award for my hours a little over a month ago which was super cool. Laura, my boss was the one who gave me my pin, which made the experience even better! One day I would love to work for Franciscan as an employee and a volunteer. I can’t wait for that day!

Today was Ian’s birthday, so after class we went and got Starbucks and went to Safeway to get a bagel. Wish I could have gone out for a real breakfast with him. Can’t wait for senior ball this Saturday with him! My dress is gorgeous!

Tai Chi is kind of silly. My boyfriend and I take it for a PE class at Tacoma Community College at 8am twice a week. When we stay up late doing homework, its hard to take Tai Chi seriously when we had to get up at 6:45am after going to bed between 11 and 12pm. I might actually take the class seriously if it was at least an hour later in the day.
